Fall 2026 Admitted/Prospective Student Computer Science Major Info Sessions (you may register to attend an in-person CMNS Admitted Freshman Information Session - see above links - and also register to attend this session on the same date; please note you do need to register for each event separately). Learn more about the Computer Science major at the University of Maryland in a 50 minute information session from academic advisors with an opportunity for a Q&A session with current Computer Science students. The in-person workshops will include a 45 minute walking tour of the Brendan Iribe Center for Computer Science and Engineering:

CMNS sessions do not include a campus tour. Terrapin Tours, Maryland Information Sessions, and Next Stop Maryland (for admitted students) offered by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (OUA) must be booked through their site. If you need to cancel an OUA session, please contact visit@umd.edu.
