CMNS Graduate Council

The CMNS Graduate Council is comprised of one representative selected by each CMNS Graduate Program. 

The purpose of the CMNS Graduate Council shall be to discuss matters of concern to CMNS graduate students and to advise the Dean on such matters. 

Official duties of the CMNS Graduate Council include:

• Meet with and advise the Dean on matters of importance to CMNS graduate
  students.
• Appoint a graduate student representative to the College Council.
• Liaise with the College administration and other campus or systemwide bodies
  on behalf of CMNS graduate students. 
• Meet with the CMNS Associate Dean for Graduate Education at least once a semester.

Other duties may include fostering community through social events for CMNS graduate students.
