CMNS Alumni Network

The College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences (CMNS) Alumni Network is a chartered organization of the Alumni Association that works in partnership with the college and the Alumni Association to advance alumni relations. The network is guided by the vision and leadership of dedicated volunteer officers, the Division of University Relations and the CMNS dean. 

The mission of the CMNS Alumni Network is to promote and support the college, encourage academic and professional excellence, facilitate career development for both current students and graduates, while fostering and strengthening a lasting relationship between the college and its alumni.

All college alumni are encouraged to join the University of Maryland Alumni Association. Membership in the Alumni Association will enroll you automatically in the CMNS Alumni Network. 

The CMNS Alumni Network hosts a range of events throughout the year to foster a sense of community among all CMNS alumni. Past events have included a guided tour of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History; a private lecture in the UMD Astronomy Observatory; a brewery tour, tasting and brewmaster talk; and much more.
